This utility will assist you in drafting an Advanced Release or Extension request to be filed with IFAS Sponsored Programs. By providing the required information for each field in the following forms, you will generate a request form that can be printed or stored for later use.

Step 3 of 7 - Select Your Request Type

Select the type of request letter you'd like to generate to continue.

	Advance Release of Funds Requested - Use this selection for new/renewal projects requiring a new PeopleSoft Project Number.
	Advance Release of Funds Requested - Use this selection for supplemental projects where the PeopleSoft Project Number already exits.
	Advance Extension of Time Requested - Use this selection to extend time for an existing PeopleSoft Project.
	Both Advance Release of Funds & Extension of Time Requested - Use this selection to supplement and extend an existing PeopleSoft Project Number.
